We received this cartridge in April and our machine is now saying its outdated and its still full! On the back of the cartridge its saying date good till 2017! Why did you sell us stuff that was already outdated?

Our business bought 14 XL cartridges for our HP Officejet Pro 8100 printers last Aug 9th, 2017. It is not uncommon for us to stock up on supplies, so this entire order was not utilized until just last week. EVERY SINGLE CARTRIDGE is bad. None of our printers recognize these bad cartridges! This was an order that was fulfilled by Amazon directly/Amazon Prime. Of course - we are past the return window so we are out $303.86 and have 14 full XL cartridges that will not work in any of our HP Officejet Pro 8100 printers. I see other recent feedback from others stating the same issue. How can this be allowed?
