Great price and HP dependability.

The original cartridges made by HP are the best way to go. We had a bad experience with refilled cartridges and wont try them again.

New cartridges labeled Z 10 incompatible with older 8600 series printers unless Region is changed. HP will not provide free Regionalization change. Another HP Rip Off to force new Printer/Ink on consumers

No complaints.

I am a very enthusiastic Amazon shopper and have rarely had a problem with a product but this has been an extremely disappointing exception. Just days after the return window, our printer kept indicating a problem with this cartridge. We have tried EVERYTHING and it still indicates a problem. Now our printer wont print at all, even in black and white, because of this one cartridge. I will never buy ink from Amazon again, its not worth saving a few pennies.
