Greater than one weekSolid PC, Monitor displays a very nice clear picture. The AMD Ryzen 5 processor handles tasks with ease with very little lag whatsoever. Although I would opt for the most memory it can handle. According to HP this particular main board can only handle 16 gigs. I read that some other HP all in one owners of this model was able to run it at 32 megs and 64 megs with no issues so I have 32 megs at the moment and the pc is super responsive and if there is an issue during the one year initial warranty period, HP will send you a thumb drive suited for your model pc with updates so your back an up running with the latest tech⁹- I believe you can upgrade the memory to 64 megs without any issues whatsoever.

12-04-2025I purchased this for my mother and the software was not current. It took HP 2 hrs to load and they didn’t want to do it. They said you had to buy the waranty coverage . They did it but it took perseverance and several escalations to different areas. It runs great now.

> 3 dayFirst I want to tell you Im 75. This computer was easily to install. And I find Windows 11 is much better than 10. Its interface is very intuitive but a bit different of how things were arrange in Windows 10. I installed some programs without any issues. I installed a Cannon scanner, I had to follow Google instructions and following them the computer installed it perfectly. It downloaded something from the Cannon website.

10-04-2025Just love this computer easy setup and to use... ordered it one day came to the door before noon. Just took out of the box, followed easy instruction and off to the races I went, so to speak. Good deal!
