> 3 dayBought this for going back into school and so far it’s been a fantastic computer. I’ve been using it daily for months and haven’t had a single issue. Picture quality is fantastic, the built in webcam works very well, and the speed is also better than I thought it would be. I also do some light gaming and Thai computer has held up pretty well! Although I wouldn’t recommend it if you wanted to play high res games. I would rate it a solid 9/10 and a perfect buy if you need a nice daily computer for school or work!

> 3 dayNeeded something very basic just for word processing and printing up school documents. HP has tried to install the print driver four times will not work will not print or save PDFs. Basically it’s not even a typewriter because you can’t save documents and print them on an HP compatible printer. Spent about nine hours on the phone with HP and they recommended to replace the computer and printer. It’s been just a couple of days short of the year purchased two of these neither have ever worked. Yes, they’re an expensive but even if they were free, the fact that they don’t work at all , makes them worthless.

> 3 daySolid PC, Monitor displays a very nice clear picture. The AMD Ryzen 5 processor handles tasks with ease with very little lag whatsoever. Although I would opt for the most memory it can handle. According to HP this particular main board can only handle 16 gigs. I read that some other HP all in one owners of this model was able to run it at 32 megs and 64 megs with no issues so I have 32 megs at the moment and the pc is super responsive and if there is an issue during the one year initial warranty period, HP will send you a thumb drive suited for your model pc with updates so your back an up running with the latest tech⁹- I believe you can upgrade the memory to 64 megs without any issues whatsoever.
