there is NO touch screen

I like this product because it slimmer then others Ive seen

Love this laptop except it drops the wi fi signal more than I would like even though the signal is strong. Beyaind that, its badass.

As long as it will last and keep working which is t.b.d., this is a marvelous unit! Due to coincidence or some karma in the universe, my husbands desktop went into meltdown shortly after he passed away. My old laptop was becoming problematic and I need a computer every day. I cant afford a high price right now at all so I opted to try this chromebook. So far I LOVE it. I wish the keyboard was backlit but one gets what one pays for of course. The setup is an absolutely breeze as is downloading applications, storing them on the shelf, changing wallpaper, etc. Its very fast and has incredible battery life. I ordered a new wireless mouse and Im all set with great function!

This computer only has a touch pad. Amazon says it is touchscreen. It is not. It does NOT have a port to use a mouse. I knew it was port less but was okay with that because it said it was touchscreen.

Did not like Chromebook operating system. Going to return and have already ordered a HP with Windows 10 OS.

Great value for money.

I had bought my 1st HP chromebook 14 back in 2015 and since that one was phased out pretty much, looked into getting a more updated model, does everything faster and the most biggest con the 2015 version I had was it was not FHD which is a must have quality for me. Back then I was new to buying c-books but now im more experienced, all in in this was a very great buy and the shipping was quick ,surprise!

I love my HP chromebook - does everything I need - I can write letters, documents, copy and paste [you have to hit the ctrl and c buttons to copy and then ctrl and v button to paste], it is lightweight and I enjoy watching u-tube and other stuff on it.

For the price, this is a great Chromebook. Im surprised the screen is this good at this price point. For me the screen is a double-edged sword because the native resolution makes text too small for my eyes. You can increaae the text size by decreasing the resolution -- its acceptable but makes some apps a bit blurry.
