HP Chromebook x360 14-inch HD Touchscreen Laptop, Intel Celeron N4000, 4 GB RAM, 32 GB eMMC, Chrome (14b-ca0010nr, Ceramic White/Mineral Silver)

Purchased this a new chrome book. It arrive with obvious signs of wear and tear, scuff marks and not in the original packaging. This is misleading and false advertising.

I love this computer and its so versatile.

The screen resolution was nothing short of horrible. But this seller is simply my worse experience on Amazon and is a ripoff. I wanted to like this product! But, I paid almost $400 for this piece of junk and was refunded only $221. STAY AWAY!!!!

i got a white when i really wanted a silver, having a kid with hands in everything is the reason, and i dont like white for a device anyway. i was disappointed when i saw a white laptop instead of a silver one. the keyboard would take some getting used to also as its a tab. i noticed that the flash drive took a bit of a wiggle before jacking in also. got it today. im not so happy with it but ill give it a go since returnung it would leave me with no device.

The battery quit charging after two uses. The vendor refused to accept a return or do an exchange within their 90 day guarantee and when Amazon accepted the return after 30 day window the seller kept 20% of my total for a restocking fee even though it is broken.

Disappointed:chrome os is missing or damaged

Cant really say much about the functionality of this item. As soon as we turned it on we noticed the display seemed washed out and not crisp. Decided that alone was a deal breaker and returned it. Otherwise, it looked nice with its porcelain-esque finish and contrasting color keyboard, and speakers above the keys. But the display was sub-standard and unacceptable to us.

Way more than we expected. Great device. Didnt expect it to be metal and love that.

Does everything I need it to do. Love the versatility of using it as a laptop and tablet.
