> 3 dayProduct arrived on time. However, it did not come in the manufacturers box which makes me question if this product is actually new. There were pieces of the manufacturers box included. It appears the shipper cut the parts of the box that has the serial number and product numbers. Setup instructions were also included. The product is slightly damaged. The top of the laptop is scratched on the left. When the computer started up, it prompted me to sign into my google account. However, there was no option to register the product. The product seems to be working ok, but its only been a few hours. Im disappointed. I would greatly appreciate some feedback from shipper.

> 3 dayI had to replace my sons previous Chromebook because one of his friends stepped on it. The original choice was no longer available, so we upgraded. We are happy so far - it is a bit bigger but performant, strong and fast. Touchscreen is nice and it is fun to watch an 8 year old use features I didnt know about - so it is intuitive.

> 3 dayThe battery quit charging after two uses. The vendor refused to accept a return or do an exchange within their 90 day guarantee and when Amazon accepted the return after 30 day window the seller kept 20% of my total for a restocking fee even though it is broken.

Greater than one weekI had the laptop for 1 year and it been doing fine till today, it does not turn on no more just stopped working out of no where . I had got a replacement for the first one I had so I can’t replace this one now idk what to do money down the drain

But I decided to go ahead and buy it anyway and Im completely satisfied with my purchase. 3 months later and I dont really have anything negative to say. Im not a heavy user, I mostly use it for web browsing so memory hasnt been an issue. It literally takes seconds to power up. Its so fast. Definitely worth it for me.
