> 3 dayMy grandson loves it. There was a glitch having to do with the battery where it wouldn’t turn on but we called the HP customer service line and spoke with a rep and they helped us resolve it. (We had to unplug, hold the control button and the refresh button down for 30 seconds, & plug it back in, then it turned back on!)

Greater than one weekThis Chromebook is perfect for my husband. He only uses it to browse the web. He doesnt play games or do email and therefore exactly what he wanted including the price! He loves the touch screen & tablet option!

> 3 dayThis was my first chromebook purchase. I bought it to use for virtual learning and it has worked out great. The screen resolution isnt the best but its not terrible. The only problem I find is when I use it as a tablet. In tablet mode I end up pushing the keys accidentally since they are on the bottom. And Ive also had trouble finding a case that fits well while in both modes. But aside from that, I have had no issues. If this one was lost or broken I would purchase it again.
