> 3 dayMy grandson loves it. There was a glitch having to do with the battery where it wouldn’t turn on but we called the HP customer service line and spoke with a rep and they helped us resolve it. (We had to unplug, hold the control button and the refresh button down for 30 seconds, & plug it back in, then it turned back on!)

Greater than one weekI had to replace my sons previous Chromebook because one of his friends stepped on it. The original choice was no longer available, so we upgraded. We are happy so far - it is a bit bigger but performant, strong and fast. Touchscreen is nice and it is fun to watch an 8 year old use features I didnt know about - so it is intuitive.

Not sure yet if the keyboard will hold up if you have it flipped to use as a tablet….I orders 2 of these and had to return one of them due to the cursor not working. Provided the next one they send me works properly, they seem to be worth the $250 price.

09-06-2025I’ve purchased 3 of these now. 2 from another big box store and 1 from Amazon. I got them for my kids for virtual school, homework etc. My youngest (6 years old) loves it and uses it with ease as well as my older ones ( 8 & 9 yrs old) really great computer. Fast processing and love the touch screen.
