Very disapointed in this product. After two years the computer died. Was told it was the screen. Replaced it but that didnt work. So now Im stuck. Never buying HP again.

Laptop has expired warranty. Spoke with HP to see if this could be fixed. HP said no as it was “re-sold by an unauthorized seller on Amazon”. The battery is totally defective and I have 0 recourse to get it fixed. I never would have purchased if I knew this “new” laptop had zero warranty. Beware and go for something else. What a headache :-(

It’s not new it’s a 14 inch screen I measured it an iPad screen is bigger and used 2019 not a 2020

Touch screen is great as well as the light weight. It definitely is a good buy, was disappointed that it doesnt come with a built in dvd/CD reader/player. Overall great purchase.

This was a very good purchase, neatly packaged. Fast laptop, perfect for work.

I just use it to stream and look things up. Pretty good to me so far!

Very nice. However, when I am scrolling a page that has pictures, it seems to take a little longer time loading them. Little disappointed it that. Other than that its very nice to have a new. I had my other HP for 6 yrs.
