This is a good example of what a low tier computer should be capable of. Excellent quality and excellent performance. I installed Ubuntu on it, and the wifi drivers werent there immediately so I needed to purchase a USB to ethernet adapter. Once that arrived I got the drivers and I havent had a single issue with the laptop since.

This is a nice little portable laptop and is lightweight. Perfect for schooling or a beginner. I didnt realize when I bought that it wasnt a touch screen, which I loved with my other hp. And no 10key on the right. So needless to say I tried it out for a week and I am going back to the other hp laptop that is a little larger. It is a good beginner laptop though and it holds a little bit of info. So its not a bad one, you could get a better deal for a larger laptop that holds more info though! This was so expensive for what you get.

I like the product, but when I found out the warranty expired before I even purchased it, I couldnt wrap my head around that. This is supposed to be a new product. But, the warranty expired 8 months before I bought it. None of that info was in the advertisement.

Reasonable priced touchscreen. Bought this to start online learning for my 10 year old son. He loves it. Easy to navigate, nice screen quality, have not tried gaming on this... I did not rate for that.

Just got this a couple of months ago. Touchscreen stopped working, restarting nonstop for days. No one knows how to deal with it. Windows i need to return it. ps, Ive attempted to communicate with either Amazon or HotDeal Express without any help. I will not recommend this seller. This laptop continually separates from internet and printer. I got a lemon, or is it Windows 11? Not a happy customer
