Love it

I like the ease in which I can touch the keys to type. I liked the price. I do have a problem in that the screen consistently magnifies. Other than that, its performance is good. The laptop is lightweight and Im pleased with the color, which is a deep rose. I was disappointed in that theres no compartment in which I can insert cds, and I did think that Microsoft 365 was free for a year, and it was free for only a month. Its disappointing that I have to pay a yearly fee for it.

The screen light is not bright enough at all. The computer has now started freezing up on me and it is not fully charging up. Omg what a waste of my hard earned money. I need my money back for this Amazon. The speaker is so low on this computer.

This is a great laptop! I would recommend it to anyone. My daughter uses it for school. It is very light weight and works well.

Buen equipo, lo que no me agrado fue que pedí 3 laptos de igual caracteristicas (INTEL CELERON N4000) y me enviaron solo 2 iguales, la tercera con caracteristicas diferente (AMD).

This is a scam, well kinda…. I was expecting a HP STREAM LAPTOP not hp 14 laptop.

Its just what I needed. I love how light it is and battery life is good too.

because. of course, its soooo inexpensive, but you wont beat it for the price.

I’ve had this laptop for 2 weeks now and all of a sudden it won’t connect to my Wi-Fi very disappointed with this purchase
