I had to return this item and they charged me $120 restocking fee. If you are going to buy it make darn sure your going to keep it.

Am used to having a blacklit keyboard, & love it. Will keep looking for another 14 (which I love) that has the blaclit keyboard feature. 14 in. is so... much lighter in wight than a 17 in.

Set up was easy.

I love this laptop. The pink is a lovely shade that doesn’t distract and the laptop itself weighs very little so it’s easy to carry around / use. Very quick and powerful processing for such a tiny machine.

would give 5 stars except i am unable to download the free microsoft 365 b/c they did not supply a code anywhere in the package, other than that i love the computer

We returned this. It was awful. And then we were charged a restocking fee for returning it. Do not buy! It took so long to try to download anything and it kept freezing the first day we used it. I can’t imagine what it would be like after it got more items loaded to the computer.

Been pretty pleased with this labtop does everything needed for school. My only complain is a lot of the computer memory is taken up by all the installed programs I dont use and cant seem to get rid of.
