Budget earbuds that passed the NY test. NYC is a very loud city so earbuds need to have enough volume, clarity and comfort so you can go about your day with some music, podcasts or short videos to help you go through the daily grind. This passed the test. Im used to budget earbuds since I keep losing, dropping or running through their batteries like underwear so I refuse to pay high end prices for something that might not last me a day. Understand beforehand that this are Budget Earbuds meaning they are cheap in price so will lack one thing or another and are not meant for audiophiles. - The Physical aspect: I hate the little dropping sticks from some models out there and really prefer the ones that just go into your ear socket that look like part of it ( Kinda like the spy models ) so I was out of my comfort zone with this ones. Guess what? I love them. They arent as big as you would think, do not protrude as much and definitely dont weigh down whatsoever. This are so comfortable and lightweight that I forgot I had them on for an extensive period of time. I normally use foam earbud tips since they not only give a better grip but also prevent outside noise from mixing with the sounds, didnt need them with this. They come with medium sized ear tips pre installed but it comes packaged with a small and large pair, I used the large in my case and it doesnt fall off. - The Case: Case is not so big nor heavy, you can almost forget they are in your pocket. Doesnt take too long to charge. Hasnt activated the buds while in pocket and not in use ( magnet that holds buds in place apparently are decently strong ) . Havent had issues taking the buds out, in some cases with budget earbuds is a hassle to get them out of the case, not with this. Charges via a USB C port ( Cable included ). Doesnt support wireless charging. ( Disappointed but to be expected in the price range). Has a rugged feel to it so I would imagine easy to clean and also provides better grip. Has 3 charge level lights which activate when charging, when taking buds out or putting them back in so you know how the charge is. - Pairing: Although the initial setup was kind of tricky since I saw 2 profiles, unpairing and restarting fixed this and now only have 1 profile. Start with right side, left should pair with right once paired to phone. You will hear very subtle beeping sounds while in paring mode, dont expect the Ready to pair girl to let you know and after paired you should hear 2 subtle beeping sounds while trying to connect to your phone. You are able to use both or either one simply by pulling them from case and/or putting them back. Both have independent microphones and also controls are dependent of side. ( See picture ) - Sound: Not the clearest of the bunch but certainly has a nice volume and bass which is the major issue with most budget earbuds. I normally play Spotify, Youtube, Facebook reels and in the rarest of occasions, Netflix. In all this apps the sound that I received through the earbuds was fair, high and adequately bassed to my liking. Someone mentioned that you can use an equalizer app that would remedy the lacking highs and meds, in my case it wasnt that bad. Game Mode is simply an extra bass boost, definitely helpful in some cases in others just too much. ( Dont go thinking is that much of a difference though) Calls was told it was clear, no outside noise since the noise cancelling feature is for the microphones and not the buds themselves - Controls: Basic usage controls by tap, not clicks. ( See picture ) No Volume control. ( Disappointed again but also to be expected in the price range. Should be a thing by now). - Power: So far, I noticed they dont shut off by themselves when out of case, connected to phone without playing anything through them. Cant say its definite they dont but it hasnt happened to me yet. Of course putting them in the case will shut them off. All in all, I recommend them to anyone thats in a budget and not an audiophile.

These wireless earbuds are very good for its price. I always loved HTC brand and the quality of product it produces. These earbuds are no different. It is lightweight with a sleek design and fit in my ears perfectly. Its ergonomic design makes it comfortable to wear. It also comes with additional ear-tips with different sizes. Its sound quality is amazing and touch control works without any issue. I have been using it in my gym since it is IPX4 sweat proof. Also, no complaint with battery life. Worth it.

I didnt think these buds would be good for sound, however they surprised me...nice bass...treble or high end could use improvement..I listen to a lot of music while working to drown out noise and they do a good job on drowning outside noise...battery life seems as promised...nice look. Volume could use improvement from when you increase it or decrease..seems to jump way up there to super loud and super low when past 70% Volume..other than that these are excellent headphones

When you consider that these earbuds are less than $40, the quality is incredible. The fidelity is clear with good bass (doesnt sound blown out), they fit in my ear very comfortably and dont feel like theyll fall out, and they have great battery life (a full day on a single charge). They synched to my phone and watch easily and call quality was good. Noise cancellation was fair, but when Im out on a walk, I dont use noise cancellation because I want to be more aware of my surroundings. Im very pleased with these little earbuds and think you will be too!

I’m really impressed with these HTC earphones, especially at the price point. Balanced sound of not a little vocal forward. Present bass when song calls for it, but not overpowering. Sensitive touch points. Pretty comfortable, too. Haven’t had to adjust them too much since putting them in and I’ve been listening for a couple of hours straight. Connection seems strong, no glitches. Walked away from phone for maybe 50 feet before started to go in and out. No ANC, but passive isolation is pretty good. Compact case is a nice touch, too. That said, I don’t like that the case lights don’t light up when you open it to tell you how much power it has left.

Did not like how long it took to connect to my phone. Always takes some time to connect via Bluetooth
