In this fast-paced frenzied modern world, Hudson (both the character and the entire movie) serves as a great reminder that the journey (especially the company) is often more important than the destination.

Heartwarming, charming and funny. Visuals play like a love letter to Autumn in Upstate NY. Terrific cast delivering engaging and authentic performances. Especially the cider guy - more of him, please.

Great film about a pair of cousins reconnecting over family matters. As a fan of Hal Hartley films and movies like You Can Count on Me and The Station Agent, this film by Sean Daniel Cunningham had me feeling the same vibes! Immediately you connect with the characters. I love that the story meanders through the day with quirky encounters and happenings, peppered throughout with the clumsiness that both cousins share. David Neal Levin, who plays Hudson, is fantastic and I really hope to see him again...and hopefully in another Cunningham film. I watched the movie twice and its definitely worth the rewatch to pick up on all the little details.

Love love loved this movie. Well-acted. Great comedic timing. Beautiful shots. A warm, delightful, and truthful indie road trip movie. So well done.

Im not much of an indie film guy but my wife and I both ended up enjoying our watch of Hudson. It was very sweet, and sort of charming. Levins got a great on screen presence - funny, but believable, not goofy at all. The film was long enough to go somewhere and not so long it overstayed its welcome. The scenes with Hudson and the Doctor were also funny and sweet. Definitely see it!

As someone named Hudson I have a lot riding on this film. Luckily, its incredibly funny and charming and smart and sweet and memorable and just so well done.

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. The characters were so endearing and the story line had a wonderful message. In a world full of discord and tumult, this movie reflects human kindness. It was so moving. Watch it and you’ll become a fan too.

Well written and superbly acted. Funny throughout and deeply touching, this movie subtly explores death and family dynamics in an honest and truthful way. A great example of an indie film done right.
