Great product. The prussic knot slides much easier than the DIY ones I made. Superior product, the only problem is I dont care for the reflective material since I hunt near areas with high hunting pressure.

These are important safety devices for hunters using elevated stands and platforms. The tether on the hunters safety harness or vest is connected to the heavy-duty caribiner. After the Lifeline system is installed it provides a secure method of climbing from the ground to the platform. I am a RN and work in the ICU. Every year we get someone in that has fallen while climbing a tree stand not attached to the tree and they tend to suffer significant injuries. I wanted the to be able to climb into my stand and know I am safe and this product has done just that. I love the fact that your able to tie off before you climb up the tree and be attached as I come down from the stand as well. The reflection of the rope is awesome for the early morning hunts when you are trying to locate your stand in the dark. Will be purchasing more of these.

Works great on ladder stands and climbing sticks. Works ok with climber. Not sure how long it is but I had to tie a piece of another rope to the bottom so I could use it with one of my higher stands (climber). The carabiner is stout and the plastic cowbell keeps if from banging on metal. The prussic knot rope is heavy and slides easily up and down the lifeline and only when you want it to. I havent fallen but It sure seems like this system will work. My only complain is the reflective material. Weve had problems with stolen stands and I dont need a beacon in the woods that scream HERE I AM, COME GET ME. Im wondering if deer can see it too with the right light conditions? Im leaving one rope out for the season to see if the reflection diminishes over time. Going to see if I can remove the reflective strand without damaging the rope on another one.

Great product that definitely makes me feel more secure ascending and descending from my tree stands. Bonus reflective material that makes it easy to find my hunting spots in the morning.
