Tried it this morning before my workout. Have recently stopped taking pre-workout because Im trying to drink less caffeine so I was excited to try this stim-free one. The flavor is good, and very strong, I would say at least 12 oz of water for a full scoop. But the increase in energy was certainly noticeable while I was at the gym and even on my walk home from the gym. Also noticed a much better pump, veins were lookin good. So I would definitely recommend my fellow gym goers to give this a shot.

I used this as part of a stack w/ their caffeinated pre-workout as well as their whey protein and creatine, and I started seeing gains within the month! The pre-workout particularly helped me push harder at the gym than I have before.

I have to say I was skeptical about trying a stim-free pre workout. I had no choice since most of my workouts are late at night. This stuff was AWESOME!!
