First off: the taste is fantastic! Next: Im not big on eating or drinking anything other than water before a long workout or distance run (usually once I get going, Ill take something in.) It was suggested to me to find a pre-workout supplement and Ive already been using EPN Supplements so why not try theirs? Well- Ive gotta tell you- I may be hooked. This Peach Ring flavor is excellent! Ive been doing a lot of stair climbing lately and usually have to slow it down or stop due to lightheadedness - not anymore. This is good stuff!

Surprising to see pre-workout that lives up to the hype without caffeine, I always thought the base of these supplements were in that area so this is great! I never liked the idea of becoming reliant on a pre-workout after consistent use so its nice to know I dont have to worry about that. Overall great product, not to mention the awesome flavors

I bought this to stack with my EPN ballistic pre-workout and day one massive increase the pump I was getting in the gym. Im talking veins through my shoulders level pump. Pineapple rings stacked with the citrus ballistic taste like a great summer drink without tasting like it has 10 lb of sugar in it

I do CrossFit competitively and do most of my training right after work in the afternoons. I was taking preworkout with caffeine but it was destroying my sleep cycles, so I started slogging through with nothing. I decided to give EPN Hydra Pump a try and am extremely happy with the results. I’ve got more energy, drive, and focus and don’t have to deal with the caffeine in my system later in the evening. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a stim free pre workout

Ive been on a caffeine cleanse thats going on 2 months now so Ive been cycling through about 4 different non stim pres for my daily weight sessions each week and I gotta say, this one gets me the most pump. Ive hit multiple prs using this particular stuff and I can verify, its legit. Definitely ordering again and keeping it in the rotation, especially for the lightweight days.

This product is great for days that I can’t use caffeine. I struggle with anxiety, and on days that I am having episodes of my heart racing and such, I avoid caffeine because it just makes it worse. But I don’t want to skip my workout just because I can’t take pre workout. I will already feel like skipping the workout when I feel this way. The Hydra Pump helps get me out of my slump without feeling wired and give me the motivation to workout. So happy to have found these products. Plus it tastes amazing, it actually tastes like peach rings!
