Practical rat-tail comb at a good price

I love this comb so much it’s one of the best combs i’ve ever used, i’ve used it in the shower to brush through my hair, to get the hair out of my hair brush and to part my hair and style it. It all works perfectly and the quality of this product is outstanding. i have curly hair so it’s hard to find combs that don’t break while combing my hair. However i haven’t used heat on this product because i don’t use heat on my hair so i’m not sure how heat does with this product. for all other services i recommend this product for all hair types.

Exactly what I was looking for; met all my expectations!

After going through a number of these combs from the beauty supply and walmart and having them all break on me or having the teeth break off, I decided to look for a better one on Amazon. I bought one awhile back but have two bathrooms and realized I need one for each bathroom so just bought this other one. These combs are so worth the higher price, they are very sturdy and if you are holding a curling iron or straightener against it, it wont melt because it is carbon and not plastic., the metal tail doesnt break off like I have happen in the past. With the amount of money that I spent buying replacements for the ones I broke, this is a nice one that wont break that easily and it comes in a nice firm straight pocket that you can that will protect it if you need to put it in your purse or traveling bag.

Great comb. I like to use it to separate hair as I have long blonde hair and color the back underneath with vivid colors such as purple or teal. This comb is great to separate blonde from color hair when washing It for the first couple times so the color doesn’t bleed into the blonde. Also works great for using with a flat iron.

I was pleasantly surprised by this comb. Its very sturdy. The teeth are strong and sharp enough to gently scratch the scalp without causing damage. This is a high quality comb, that will last until its lost because this comb isnt going to break. Dont waste your money on cheap combs. This comb is worth more than the listed price.

I bought this comb simply because the listing said it was anti static. It is NOT. I have fine, thin hair. It s insanely long and when I wear it down, I like to curl it on a curling wand. So I need a good comb to section it off. I also need a comb I can use to lift the roots for volume. This is a nice comb, and much sturdier than the little plastic one Id been using. But it doesnt help with the static at all. I find that I still have to constantly wet it down. And I cant seem to get it dry after. Theres nothing worse than working to curl stubborn hair and then running a wet comb through it! Also, the rat tail pick thing on the end is deadly. It comes in a sleeve, but that pointy bit will poke right through it.

Good and sturdy so far

If it can withstand my thick frizzy tangled hair, Im impressed. Cant believe how cheap this is, the metal rat tail is so much better than plastic. I really only bought it for the metal rat tail, I just assumed it would immediately break trying to comb through my hair. If it ever breaks I will continue buying.

Im not a professional, but I do cut my own hair and I have specific preferences as to the tools I use. Even if I didnt cut my hair, I like a clean, straight part & when Im drying my hair I want clean separations when section drying. This comb is perfect for my needs. The teeth are just the right strength-- not like some other tail combs with teeth that bend, separate & quickly start to look almost melted. And the tail is also just the right strength, balance & substance. A good comb at a bargain price.
