This was my first experience with an ssd. I bought this to use with my older Macbook Pro which was starting to slow down. The Installation was fast and easy. Performance speed feels like an entire new computer. Its only been a week so I will update if anything changes but I am extremely happy with my decision to try this out for a small investment instead of spending big money on a new computer!

I have 3-4 of these bough various years, no failures yet (3 years).

Exactly what I needed to upgrade a number of old i3 machines to windows 10. Good price, good speed and no problems with cloning or any other glitches so far. Hyundai is a known name, so I feel confident these items will prove to be reliable. Transformed the old machines, that received extra memory as well, to fast responsive machines again. As for storage capacity, they are the size they are. For gaming I have no idea as these units will be used to upgrade machines in a school.

If you have a spinning hard drive, replace it with a SDD like this one. You can do it yourself easy enough. There are plenty of how-to online instructions and there is free software to transfer all your old files and operating system. Additional items to buy include a mounting bracket with screws. I also bought an external USB cable to provide power and data connectivity clone the original disc prior to installing the SDD internally as a replacement.

Needed to upgrade a laptop. This drive was the perfect choice. I need to buy more to upgrade all of my other computers
