iFixit Pro Tech Toolkit - Electronics, Smartphone, Computer & Tablet Repair Kit

I got this to fix laptops (mostly) have used it for my desktop. The box box is completely amazing, but I pick I up and the metal plate on the back came off, I can see adhesive. Was that suppose to happen? Or what?

Very complete toolkit. Thoughtfully packaged, made and designed (magnetic cover+parts tray, bits holder, strap for spudgers, etc. Everything rolls up into one neat package, secured by velcro. Totally worth the price I paid for it. Quality thru and thru. If you’ve ever struggled with crappily made precision screwdrivers, you’ll know what I’m talking about. Ditch the crap and go for ‘the good stuff”.you won’t regret it, you’ll never be sorry you did.

I like the product very much!

This is a pretty good selection of tools for a variety of tech repair tasks -- I keep it in my car so that I always have them handy at work, home, or when visiting clients. The quality appears to be sufficient for moderate use, and I like the organization. However, I cant give it 5 stars because the velcro used to close the case doesnt quite match up. Ive tried a variety of ways to minimize the volume of stuff inside the case, and cant get the velcro to overlap more than a few mils. Good otherwise.

Love this Tool Kit..

I needed a repair kit with security torx bits, and was originally going to buy a cheaper kit, but when I saw this, and how much comes with it, I decided to try it out. I’m glad I bought this kit, because I have used it a bunch of times for all different applications. I’ve used it to repair Xbox controllers, fix glasses, computer hardware repair, and working on electric airsoft guns. It really seems like there’s the right tool for everything in this kit, especially when it comes to electronics. The tools are made of good quality metal or plastic, and I have yet to break one. If you’re on the fence because of the price, go for it!
