The only drawback is the velcro seal. The covering seal seems to be just a hair short. It takes some squeezing to get the velcro to get a good grip on the kit.

Nearly the whole kit is solid and reliable. I use it at my job and while I mostly end up using the same tools over and over again they always work. The suction cup is a bit lacking though, I find it often pops off without actually lifting up whatever Im trying to pull off. I also havent had much need for the halberd or metal spudgers yet but everything else in the kit works great.

Yes, it is pricy. You are paying for the brand. However, with that comes great material and overall package quality. It is the last toolkit you will ever need to buy. I would recommend it to enthusiasts.

So the only negative is the price, having said that I have bought two of these tool kits (one for me, one as a gift). They are more expensive than other similar tool kits, but the quality is very good. This tool kit has had everything I have needed. The main component of the kit is all of the bits, if you have a specific need make sure it has them, there are other kits that have more bits. This one has met my needs for phones, laptops, and around the house. The precision screw driver bits and hex key bits have been the most used. I also like the metal handle to hold the bits, they fit snuggly. The different pry tools are my next most used. There is a variety of thicknesses. Those two sections of the tool kit are what drive me to get this kit. The suction cup and other tools were a bonus. The lid that doubles as a screw organizer/holder has been great as well.
