Great product. Works as advertised.. light is as bright as advertised..colour bulbs fun to play with makes entry way hall happy.

Less than a year after purchasing these bulbs the remote appeared to stop working. I tried changing the battery and different combinations of bulbs and remotes. It turns out that the bulb itself that is no longer responding to the remotes, but the remotes are fine. The user manual restates the 2-year warranty and indicates that support will reply to emails within 12 hrs. Over a week later I have not received a reply. Looking at some other reviews I see multiple mentions of remotes failing and support not responding, even after months have gone by.

I love neon lights and wanted some in my room and Im happy to say that my room is drenched in neon now!

I bought these as a Christmas 2020 gift. Just heard from the recipient and they absolutely LOVED them. Low mark is because 1 of the 2 never worked with remote to change color. They never told me sadly so that I could return because they loved the one that worked. So... make sure they work before giving them as gifts.

For the price, these are surprisingly good. Been outside for a few months in garage lights on either side with light sensors turning them of and on. They remember what color to be, they havent failed because of moisture or outdoor elements. And work well. Not super bright, but for color lights, youre not looking for flood-level brightness.

Great product, so many beautiful colors. You can adjust the brightness up or down. Only drawback is that it’s not Bluetooth compatible. You have to use the remote. If you loose the remote than the bulbs don’t work.

Stopped working after a year of use which to me is unacceptable considering traditional light bulbs can last longer

Good not the brightest and remote has bad radius but for the price you cant beat these
