Greater than one weekI added this because it had tools in it that might original starter kit did not. I have yet to use them but its nice to have them. Actually I take it back I have used the scissors and some of the needles. Its a good starter pack too

Basic Wool Felt Tools Kit
Needle Felting Tool Kit includes:
20 x 36 gauge triangular felting needles(L)

8-Needle Wooden Handle Tool: The wooden handle is wonderful for speeding up the process of needle felting. You can use 1 to 8 needles on it and it is comfortable and ergonomic in the hand and don"t tend to slip.
Installation Steps:
1. First unscrew the needle handle and divide it into two.
2. Insert the needle through the needle hole of the wooden handle, and the needle will be installed. Then install them one by one.
3. Reminder: The surface of the felt needle is coated with anti-rust oil to prevent rust. Please wipe clean before use.
4.Make sure you are stabbing in and out at the same angle, not twisting or bending the needle
