This is a good quality flat sided stainless steel bucket. I use these buckets to attach to the inside of my dog crates, so that there is always an ample supply of water when they are crated. The advantage of a bucket, is that it can be attached in such a way that the dog has easy access to it but it is raised off the bottom of the crate. You cant leave a water bowl set on the bottom of a dog crate without it getting knocked over and spilled. The flat side helps to keep it flush against the side of the crate. I usually use a carabiner clip to attach the handle of the bucket to the crate. This design has a hook but I did not find it sufficient enough to hold the bucket in place, so I added a carabiner clip. For the money, this is a good buy.

Terrible design. Hook does not attach firmly to the crate. My puppy knocked off the bucket off the crate three times, so I gave up. Additionally, the three spot welds look cheap. Do not buy this bucket.

My dog prefers this water pail over any bowl and will go out if his way to drink from this one. It olds a lot of water and hangs on the kenel great.

Solid construction. Nice because it can hang in the crate or be set on the ground. We bought two and they nest nicely. The only issue is that the hanging tab wasnt bent far enough so it fell off, but my husband fixed that easily and it doesnt budge now.

This is a life savior because it prevents majority of the spills that our GSD caused compared to using other water bowls. This bucket is deep enough to contain the splashes.

Works great for my dog who goes to work with me and spends his days playing in a kennel. He likes to throw water bowls. The metal hook didnt last long but I go a double end bolt and it works great!

Heavy gauge steel and heavy duty rivet to affix the hooks. Very well made and worth the price!

They are too small expected a little bigger.
