This little water pail is just perfect for our needs. One of our pygmy goats broke her leg when she was just two months old, and needs to be mostly crated for 2-3 months while she heals. We tried a number of different water dishes, but she spilled them all once or twice per day -- even the no-spill ones -- making a big mess when it mixed with her waste and hay. This little bucket works great -- not a single spill since we installed it 6 days ago! The bucket itself is fairly weighty, which keeps it in place quite well, hanging from the grated door. And with the weight of the water, its not going anywhere. We did add a binder clip, to attach the swing handle to the door above the pail, as insurance against serious jostling, but it hasnt been needed yet. Its a winner for us!

I like the quality and size. Good for longer snouts. I am using this in my dog kennel while traveling and during Search & Rescue dog training. Its easy to clean.

After a few months of use it starts rusting, inside and out.

These are great! The hooks on the back are sturdy (will not bend easily) and appear to be solidly welded to the bucket.
