Greater than one weekPowered-up and connected immediately right out of the box for my Microsoft Surface Laptop. Just need to give the unit power and USB-C data connections via the provided cables and power adapter. The image looks great and bright. Using the provided cover as a stand took me a bit to get used to and it works okay. Great for my application. Given the price point, I may buy another one as a spare.

Greater than one weekI’m used to working with a dual monitor setup at home and at the office. So when traveling, working off my 14” laptop monitor as the only monitor is almost painful. And working with spreadsheets is next to impossible. I decided to bite the bullet and get a portable monitor for the road and am so glad I did! Even though this only has 15.8” of real estate, it’s sharp enough to display about the same amount of information as on my 27” at home, just at a smaller magnification. So I feel like I’m functioning at about the same level of efficiency. Some features I like about this monitor are: 1. it fits in the same backpack as my laptop, and is so thin and light that it doesn’t really feel like I’m carrying extra weight. 2. it comes with all the necessary cables for virtually any laptop made in the last 10-15 years. My laptop is older so I had to use the mini HDMI to HDMI cord, and then use the power cord (which is just a usb cord plugged into the supplied wall charger; super lightweight). If you have a newer laptop, you can connect and power it at the same time with the supplied usb-c cable. 3. build quality is great - I think the backing is aluminum and it comes with a built in cover / stand. I packed my backpack pretty tightly and had no worries about this getting bent or smushed. The stand works fine too, although it only has two grooves in the cover, so you’re essentially limited to two positions in landscape mode. The bottom of the monitor has rubber feet though, and they do seem to be able to keep the stand in other angles outside of the grooves. Now for the cons … not much negative for me to say! If I’m being nitpicky, the built in speakers are not so great -- my phone’s speakers are much better. But, not really that big a deal to me since I’m mainly using it for work. Also, the power cord is too short. To get around this, I also carry an extension cord. Alternatively, you can buy a longer usb-c to usb-a cord (suggest 6 feet or more length).

> 3 dayI’m enjoying the high resolution flat screen. I’ve been waiting for this type of design for a long time now. I have an entertainment cabinet that required a screen to operate the AV and other connected devices. I am satisfied with this product.

> 3 dayWe love this monitor. Its so easy to take if you are traveling somewhere. Only complaint is its hard to figure out how to make it stand up, but we figure it out most days

> 3 dayThe stand is still a little weird but works, and the customer service helped with the power cord issue. They did it very quickly too. Updating my review from 2 to 4 stars as this now works at the airport much better with the longer cable. I bought this because I travel all the time and my last portable monitor was showing its age. However I cannot recommend this product. The picture quality seems fine for what it is, but the configuration of the ports, the stupid folding stand and the fact every cable is just short enough to make this almost impossible to use for the intended setting. The power cable is probably less than four feet long and one of my work laptops doesnt provide power through the connection so it has to be plugged in, do you know how hard it is to try to get a plug in less than four feet of you at an airport with a place to rest the monitor. (4 feet is generous, its probably closer to three) I paid for this and its been sitting on the self while I use my old Asus monitor that doesnt require to be plugged into a wall outlet.

Greater than one weekI bought this monitor so I have a second monitor to hook up to my work laptop when I travel. Im used to always having two screens and this monitor is good quality and economical. I did buy a more sturdy aluminum stand for the monitor though. The hard plastic case stand was not sturdy enough for me.

> 3 dayThe only thing I would change is having a usbc on the left side option. I like my monitor to extend on the right and the cord is a little short to reach around.

> 3 dayI’ve only used this a few times but it’s been very nice to have and handy. It took me a couple of tries to figure out how the stand works but now that I’ve figured it out it’s great. It comes with all of the necessary cords and hooks right to my laptop. You can adjust the brightness on the side and it’s a clear screen. I am not sure about longevity but I’m happy with it. It’s also nice and slim and I can just slide it right into my back pack. It’s light and slim.
