I bought this as a temporary screen for when I needed to communicate with a Mac mini that was acting as a server. When it first started up, I was not impressed by the screen image, but after adjusting, it actually looked pretty good. Lots of adjustments are build-in. I also never got it to work only with a USB3 cable - at least not with my devices. But with 2 cables, no problem. It really only has 2 positions for the monitor angle, but it works OK as long as you are working on a flat surface. For our purposes, it does the job, but it is not the brightest LCD in the world - I could use more. Color is fairly good, but of course I am spoiled by Apple displays... :) I gave it 4 stars because it did require a lot of settings to get a good image, and the brightness was not as good as I would have liked. But it did what we needed, and it does not ge used at this time for general computing. Very easy to cary or put in a briefcase. Feels well made. Bigger screen than most tablets, as well.

This monitor is the perfect companion to my macbook pro. Its size and thinness makes it light and easy to add to my bag with macbook. I am learning to code so I put instructional video on the monitor and I practice writting code on my macscreen. The settings on the mac allow me to use this monitor vertically. I am does not support that natively , but the macbook display settings lets me do it, if i need to. Mostly i just use it horizontally like in my picture. No glare on the screen. it works with JUST ONE CABLE connected to my Mac. You need to choose the correct USB-C port on the mac to get full brightness without plugging in the aditional power cord to the monitor. When the port does not provide enough power you will still be able to use it, but brightness will default to level30 and that is fine for indoor use. With the correct port on the Mac, the monitor will be able to display full brightness(100). Its truely an economical and quality way to extend your screen real estate! You really dont need anything more expensive. i have tried others more expensive, and the quality is the same or less. and those monitors are heavier or harder to carry around. Thanks INNOVIEW!

I have tried other products to use for traveling so I can work from dual monitors and this one by far has been the best. The screen is large enough to work from, the brightness is bright enough - you do have to adjust it each time you use it, but that is not a big deal to me. I didnt realize about it having speakers which was a nice surprise as I usually play music when I work. Its slim and light and easy to travel with and a great price point. Overall, I really like it and have recommended it to other friends who have purchased it and are just as happy as I am.

Since my team has started working from home, I have a great at-home office with multiple monitors. However, my team and I meet in-person from time to time and find that it is difficult using only laptop monitors. Finding this portable monitor has made me the envy of my team! The instructions are a little misleading (there are instructions for a touch screen which this is not) and difficult to get through, but once I figured out that I needed to use 2 ports on my laptop (1 for power, 1 for the screen), this works absolutely as I need it to. Regarding the power option, Im only using with my Dell laptop and thought I needed an extra outlet but by playing with the many cords, I connected the HDMI and the USB to my laptop and only need to connect my laptop power cord and both screens work. The size and weight of this screen fit into my laptop bag easily. The stand works perfectly (it sets up like my phone case) and Im impressed that I can close it to protect the screen. The resolution is great for my purposes as my Excel and Word docs look just as good on this as my other monitors but can see how others might see this as a negative since other monitors can show high resolution projects. Power Point graphics (or maybe all graphics) seem slightly blurry but I could just be nit-picking. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a portable secondary monitor! I am so impressed that this is only 1.5 lbs! One enhancement would be ports on the left side of the monitor. With the ports on the right side only, it does limit where I can place this monitor, at least for what Im using it for.

Powered-up and connected immediately right out of the box for my Microsoft Surface Laptop. Just need to give the unit power and USB-C data connections via the provided cables and power adapter. The image looks great and bright. Using the provided cover as a stand took me a bit to get used to and it works okay. Great for my application. Given the price point, I may buy another one as a spare.

I work remotely from home and also travel and work from hotels and was in need of a extra monitor for my laptop that was easy to fit in travel backpacking easy setup and not heavy. This monitor fits the bill, Im very satisfied with the extra connections supply included to make it a smooth connection to my laptop. No need for me to by a hdmi to mini-hdmi connector or a usb-c to usb-c connect also procided and a small usb power module. I recommend the product without hesitation. Also customer service for the product was prompt and easy.

Some connectivity issues - didnt work with my 2018 Mac Mini; message said something about no cable being connected, although the screen was powered on via the USB-C cable included. Worked fine when using this cable plus the supplied HDMI cable. Also worked fine with a 2017 13-inch MacBook Pro over USB-C alone. Yes, I know its a pain to test products like this with so many potential hosts, but there we are. Im a little disappointed, but Im keeping it. Image quality is very good.

The screen quality is good. It came with all the cords and plugs to power it up or connect. Can’t beat the price for the size. The only complaint I have is that I turn down the brightness and it never stays where I set it.
