> 24 hourHave my gaming machine running in native with my work VM running I parallel without a sweat. All these cores makes it a breeze for the machine almost never maxing out when performing multiple tasks. Worth the money as you’re getting 4 machines performance in one.

> 24 hourGreat CPU save money and buy it from Micro Center for 100 dollar less. Amazon no longer has good prices shop around.

> 24 hourI went with this Core i7 13700k processor (Team Blue) and took the plunge to Team Red (AMD) from Team Green (NVIDIA). I recently went from my RTX 3090 Ti to a new RX 7900 XTX and let me tell you, I can definitely see a huge difference. My previous processor was a Core i9 12900k and I honestly didnt think I would see a huge difference between the 2. The numbers tell the story. Between the processor upgrade and GPU upgrade I am getting about 15% better on my FPS in Warzone 2.0. That is really the only game I play so I really focus on hardware with lower latency all around. Low Lat memory, Low Lat Processor, GPU, monitor and of course internet.

> 24 hourIf you’re looking at this as a gaming-only processor, you’ll probably get 95% of the gaming performance this offers with the cheaper and cooler i5-13600k. Save your money and put it into a better GPU over buying this because that will actually result in more FPS where this processor (over the 13600k) will not.

> 24 hourFor gaming I guess 13700K is enough to be the top choice for everything, 13900K would not make a difference. But it has a slightly issue of overheating, though my 120mm liquid cooler keeps it below 95C but I heard you can lower the voltage while maintain the same performance, so it generates less heat

> 24 hourComing from a I7 7700k, this is a serious upgrade. When gaming, the CPU barely reach 50% load.I have not yet overclocked it and will not do until I feel the CPU has reached its limit under usual daily use.The I7 13700k is great at multitasking: I often have multiple pages open in chrome while running multiple softwares on 2 monitors. The only downside is the CPU generate quite some heat and may need a water cooler or a very good air cooler to not be throttle.Overall satisfied with this CPU.

> 24 hourThe i7-13700K has i7-12900K performance at an i7 range price range. Please note I used an older Z690 EVGA Classified Board. I was required to flash because older boards cannot support the new CPU yet. I suggest people who used a 12th gen chipset and were looking to upgrade follow their respective motherboard’s vendor manual. The installation was incredibly easy, and I booted the BIOS after the BIOS update without any problem. I had hit 5 GHz on the CPU without overclocking. It also supported 6000 MHz DDR5 RAM without any issues after enabling XMP. The reasonable pricing for Z690 or Z790 boards makes the i7-13700K a good combo compared to AMD’s expensive Ryzen 7000 CPUs and motherboard costs. For people who are still on older generations, the vast E cores and P cores offered by Intel’s 13th gen make it worth it to accomplish CPU-intensive tasks like Handbrake or Adobe Premiere. This CPU runs cool with a 360 mm AIO and a high airflow case (around 30-36 C idle temperature for me). I also like to note the CPU fits only fits one way and the CPU lever has a bit of tension, so don’t be afraid when installing your CPU.

> 24 hourGreat chip! I had to return my Amazon product and buy it in store as the one that was shipped to me had been opened and I didn’t want to put a used chip in my new build. That said the return was easy and the chip is a beast. Just keep that in mind when ordering online… make sure to use a new chip as these are very sensitive.
