El producto no estaba lo bien embalado que debería teniendo en cuenta la delicado que son estas cosas.decir que funciona perfectamente y que es una auténtica bestia de procesador.lo recomiendo sin duda alguna

Excellent performance

Nel mercato consumer è quanto di meglio si possa desiderare. Ryzen forse nei bench puri raggiunge valori poco superiori ma nel quotidiano lottimizzazione intel è superiore, poi ora che finalmente sono passati da 4 a 6 core fisici (12 thread) veramente si fa fatica a metterlo sotto sforzo pure con programmi aperti ed in lavorazione. Per fare un esempio una conversione con Handbrake non porta la CPU al 100%. Le temperature, la migliore delle sorprese, sono ottime, addirittura meglio del mio vecchio i5 3570K con stesso dissipatore ad aria 30°C in idle 65-70°C sotto bench!!

Be sure to check the actual processor when you open the box. I received an i7-7700k inside of an i7-8700k box. Will update review when replacement is received from Amazon.

Is a beast of a cpu but does tend to get hot at times so I would watch my temperatures when ever I had the chance.

Great processor i really like it. For gaming not much better than the 7700k but for video rendering it smasshes the 7700k with those 2 extra cores.

Just built a new computer with this 8700k with a rog maximus x code and with 280mm water cooler and a 960evo 500gig ssd. And msi gtx1070 8g video card. And vengence 3000 ram It works great on the flat screen games, but i didnt get much improvement in my VR if any, over my last gpu 2600k over clocked to 4.3gig. That I have had for 6 or 7 years, so I give 3 stars due to no improvement, in VR, and yes I over clocked this cpu to 4.7g but have not tried 5.0gig over clock yet. So if your looking for dramatic improvement in VR you may not be happy
