Intel Core i7-8700K Desktop Processor 6 Cores up to 4.7GHz Turbo Unlocked LGA1151 300 Series 95W

The 8700k is my favorite processor.

Worked great in setting up my computer.

Ive yet to run into any problems with this processor!

Lots of new Ryzen chips out there that are amazing and offer great bang for the buck. But if you are just upgrading an 1151 socket then this gets you pretty close to the best performance from the newer i7s for cheaper. Still going strong in 2019.

Genuine 8700

When I say this thing is hot af, Im not referring to the temps. This thing actually runs pretty cool with a decent cooler mounted on top of it. Just make sure you dont fudge around with the overclocking, otherwise youll void the warranty.

This processor was dead on arrival. Did not help much it was left at front door in snow. It was not packaged like the picture

I think that given the high price point I should expect this processor to perform a bit faster than it does. It is very fast, but I would like my operations to go smoother, while it is a great CPU if it could just run a little better I would be happy. I think Intel know they can do better with their flagship CPUs and they should.
