> 24 hourGreat idea and this is a sturdy beautiful umbrella. The ribs extend about 1/4” past the end and I’m not sure if continued use as a cane or support will damage the ribs or damage something else. It does stand on its own while drying and I have used it as a cane and support when I stand with no problems. Yet!!
