Tech support has the worst response time and Ive called multiple times and Ive left multiple voice messages. Go with a brand that will actually care about its buyers that are running their own small businesses.

> 24 hourI opened the packaging and all the cords were just in a bag, not wrapped with ties or anything. Then the printer contained a roll of labels already and the last label ripped off was not clean. Its a used freaking printer!!! What a rip off and joke
