Greater than one weekWhenever I needed to print a UPS LABEL, I’d email it to myself at work and print it there. This printer makes it so much faster and looks more professional.

> 3 dayWell lets say it works when wants to until now it will not work.From the start I would have to mess with it for 10 minutes just to get one label printed now it wont even work at all.called customer service waited 15 minutes then they said leave a message so I did and nothing not a call back or nothing.JUNK !!!!

> 3 dayThis device harkens back to the 90s in some ways. I havent had to touch com ports in ages. Its fairly easy to configure the device but you have to configure it over USB before you can get it working over Bluetooth and then you have to manually change the com port to match the Bluetooth com port. Aside from the install being a bit daft once its setup I can now print labels for various tasks besides just ups/FedEx. A worthy purchase imo.

> 3 dayI received my printer today, I had trouble setting it up. I did everything the manual it came with said and what I could find on the internet. The customer service number does not work and you will not get an answer back. Im highly disappointed in the product. I tried setting up through my android and the only thing is the blank labels. I cant get this piece of junk to work at all. Im returning this for a better product. Seriously, spend the extra money and get a well known printer.

> 3 dayI havent had ANY problem with print quality or setup. My only complaint is that sometimes it prints the wrong direction. It seems to dislike printing from a browser, specifically. Otherwise, Im very happy with it.

> 3 dayA GREAT INVESTMENT. I’ve been running an Etsy store for the past 6 months and although I loved getting orders, it was always a hassle to print shipping labels bc I had to tape them by hand. I finally caved and bought this hoping to make life easier and IT HAS BEEN AMAZING. It seriously has saved so much time and it is soooo satisfying to use. The print quality is about an 8/10 which is perfectly adequate for me. Everything is legible and clean. I would definitely recommend!!!
