The straps are the only downside: after riding my bike with this thing on for about 20-30 I could feel abit of chaffing. But its good sized, my dad uses it when he goes biking and fishing with his tackle gear in it and doesnt complain.

bought this once and it didnt arrive for a month- contacted customer service and was able to get another sent to me, free of charge so i didnt waste my money. other than that it is super comfortable and good for school. it is much bigger than it looks and can carry a lot. its great for highschool, college, and traveling. good purchase!

I bought two of these black backpacks for my kids last year. We needed one more this year, so I ordered the exact same one.

I’m in my sophomore year of high school & after freshman year I decided I needed a bigger backpack, that I could keep for a long time. This backpack is very sturdy, with a lot of pockets, & I personally think the black looks really nice. The only downside is that it only has one side pocket for a water bottle

Bought this backpack for my daughter. She loves it. It carries her laptop, and her books, with no problem, so far.

I bought it for college and omg I love it! It holds so much stuff and not to mention I am able to stay organized.
