> 3 dayI should have listened to the other reviews. The zipper gets stuck regardless of how careful you are. There is a serious design flaw with the seams that cover the zippers. I wanted a bag with lots of compartments for organization. However, I can barely use these pockets as they are constantly getting stuck. I do not feel like this bag will last much and its been less than a month. I feel like this was such a poor investment. I expected more from a brand like jansport.

> 3 dayI’ve had this for 4 years and it hasn’t shredded or ripped anywhere. I’m not especially careful with it either. Fits my giant laptop and iPad and still has tons of space. Used for college, travel, flights, anything at all. It’s a go-to.

> 3 dayI love this backpack for school but the zippers are so frustrating. They constantly get stuck on the actual backpack but thats because they have little flaps so the books inside dont get wet in rain which I do like. So Ill deal with a little frustration so my things wont get damaged.

> 3 dayListen laptop owners! Yes this backpack has a laptop pocket but it is not padded like other Jansport backpacks are. It makes traveling with my laptop a bit of a struggle and now I have to invest in a separate laptop case. The pockets feel limitless tho and I can fit all my homework, lunch, and extra clothes for work!
