My son really wanted this backpack so we purchased just before the start of school. Didn’t even last 4 months. The top of the one strap started to rip out of the backpack. We have had several Jansport backpacks over the years that have held up great. Not sure if this was just a bad one of if their quality has gone down.

This backpack works great, fits all of the items needed for school. Very durable material.

I spent more than I would normally spend bc Jansport backpacks just hold up SO much better than cheaper generic brand backpacks. I have a 6th grader who has only carried jansport and both since kindergarten are in like new condition. She wanted a Grey backpack for middle school so I got her and off brand backpack that got great reviews a strap ripped off and zipper broke half way through the school year so I got her this jansport as a replacement and I am uper satisfied with my purchase, I highly recommend it!!
