Greater than one weekEDITED: I will bump my stars up b/c they had great customer service and reached out to me to solve the problem via full refund or sending another bag. Also asked for pics to improve quality. A snap has already torn off the bag from one wear. Side pockets has an intentional slit in it so you have to be mindful not to put things there.
