I cannot figure out how to contact the seller to figure out if theres something I can do. I had this for a few months and the plastic near the strap broke and now theres only one working strap.

EDITED: I will bump my stars up b/c they had great customer service and reached out to me to solve the problem via full refund or sending another bag. Also asked for pics to improve quality. A snap has already torn off the bag from one wear. Side pockets has an intentional slit in it so you have to be mindful not to put things there.

This book bag is so convenient; keeps bottle warm while having multiple compartments to pack my daughters things.

We used this on our Disney trip in August, we have a ten y/o so this held the things we all needed as a family. Easy to get on and off to put where you need it, when on a ride. Lots of pockets and “hidden” pockets for wallet or keys. There’s a buckle you can use to attach your key ring too. Our big water bottle was able to fit snug on the side pocket and didn’t seem to move or fall out. I we used wipes and it was pretty easy to grab and go. It’s a pretty deep bag so we were able to fit a school lunch box, extra towels and our ears (: with a few other things. Would recommend Only thing is I couldn’t figure out how to use the side charger. Lol but that’s probably user error.
