> 24 hourI picked this up on a whim to see how it might perform vs. more expensive projectors. As the old adage goes - you get what you pay for! The claim that this projector somehow reaches 6,000 lumens is totally and unequivocally false. If it was that bright it would be as bright as a television (if not more so) in a suitably lit room. This one falls short. Way short. Its very dim - so dim in fact that it looks about the same as other more reputably marketed projectors that advertise 500 lumens of brightness. Compared to my decade old 720p projector that operates at 2500 lumens its night and day. So where did they get this lumen figure from? Well they likely just stuck their light meter in the lens - even when I did that with a white image I only measured about 4500 even with the upgraded version of their projector. In the real world the image youll get even at a 75 projection size is dim and low quality. I found it nearly impossible to get a clean focus. The edges are always blurry no matter how perfectly aligned the projector is to the surface. The bottom line is that this is no shortcut to quality. Youll get a projected image for a low price here price but not a good one. You do indeed get what you pay for!

> 24 hourThis projector is very easy to set up and connected to my phone through an HDMI connector. The quality of the image is pretty good and the sound from the projector made this experience even better. We used this in my sons room which the image is projected to the wall and part of the door, but it didnt affect the experiences at all. I recommended this to anyone who would like to have an addition to their home screen. One more thing is that you dont need to worry about the children starring at the screen all the time, they are actually looking at the wall.

> 24 hourThis product provides me with a good environment for watching movies, and it supports several input methods, including mobile phones, computers, memory cards, and so on. If you are a person who often watches movies and TV, this is worth your purchase.

> 24 hourI bought the projector and the screen together, and they match very well, the projected images are very high-definition, and the machine has very good acoustics, just like watching a movie. My husband always uses it as a game screen. It is really recommended to buy it and enjoy the effect of the cinema at home.

> 24 hourI have wanted a projector for a long time. After doing a lot of research and shopping around, I finally decided to buy this one. This was a wise choice. Im glad I bought it. By looking at those pictures, you can tell how clear it is. Clear imagine with a great price. Believe me, You wont regret your money! This is definitely an item that has improved my mood. I can lie in bed and watch TV on a big screen. It also has a nice plastic cover, so when I dont use it. I can cover the lid, so the dust wont get in. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

> 24 hourWorks as expected and advertised. The picture quality is nothing short of superb! The picture quality is superb, even early in the evening when its not so dark. The picture obviously improves as the night grows darker. The internal speakers provide ok sound. I connect my Bose Soundlink Revolve to the headphone jack, which provides movie theater quality sound. Definitely worth the money!

> 24 hourThe AVI cable included is much too small for any use, I have seen longer ones and I dont know why an inch long one was included. Other then that the idem seems to work perfectly. I like how for a first one for me personally it seems to work great. I was going to go for a cheaper option, but after watching a few youtube vids I went with what I call mid range price. The picture quality seems fine to me and I like the little remote included as well.

> 24 hourUPDATE (left the original review below). The replacement had the same issue with Chromecast (crackling sound, sound ahead of picture) while working fine with a Roku. The real problem? I use this for about 1 to 2 hours an evening. This replacement came is early March. It is now early April and in the middle of a film last night the picture died but the sound kept working. I tried all the troubleshooting steps and nope, just a dead visual. Suffice to say, this time its just a return. I guess you really do get what you pay for... And yes, the fan is LOUD. For the price, the picture is fine; probably not true native 1080p, but if youre only looking to spend a couple hundred bucks you could do much worse. The issue here is the sound. The fan is CRAZY loud. But thats not my issue. After about two weeks of using about 2 hours a day for movie nights, the speakers started crackling and popping like when youre on a road trip and youre just starting to get out of range of the radio station youre listening to. Amazon was great about an exchange, so when the replacement comes well see if I just had a bum unit or if this is a product-wide issue. UPDATE So it seems the issue is casting. If I plug a Roku into it, no problem. But a chromecast? Bluetooth? Sounds lags behind the choppy picture. Deciding whether or not this is reason to simply return the product and find something else.

> 24 hourThe M18 v1.0 is probably one of the best budget projectors on the market. Its picture quality is great (so much better than $100 budget projectors), its brightness is decent for most room lighting conditions, and its sound quality is good. The fans/motor noise is loud, but you tend to not notice it after a couple of weeks. Strategic projector placement and external speakers may help. Otherwise, I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend any native 1080p projectors, and specifically M18, to any friends/family looking for a mostly enjoyable projector viewing experience. Breakdown incident - after unplugging it for the holidays (~6 days), we plugged it back in and suddenly it wouldn’t turn on. We troubleshooted with new power cord and using other outlets, but still no power (besides faint green light on power button). After communicating with customer service via email, they kindly agreed to send us a new replacement projector free of charge. We’ve had it for a week now, and things appear to be working great again. Long story short, when the projector works as expected, it’s great; when it doesn’t, JIMTAB support will help you troubleshoot and eventually take care of you properly, so it’s great then too.
