> 3 dayCheap. Cheap cheap cheap. The price is luring, but stay away. Only 2 of the 4 sockets ever connected to Wi-Fi, and even with those it was a weak connection, was slow to respond off of an Alexa, and didn’t work remotely. The cherry on top was that the two working smart socket’s stopped connecting to Wi-Fi after I moved the outlet they were in. All of the sockets flash like they’re functioning, but no combination of plugging/unplugging/Turning the Wi-Fi on and off worked to reset the device or to connect the Wi-Fi. There’s also no website for the parent company readily available, even through this listing, and I’m almost positive that they use a 3rd party app to connect. You’re better off spending the money to get a nicer one, or at least one made by a well know company.

> 3 dayUsed the QR code to download the app but was never able to add any of the smart plugs no matter what I tried (after about 2 hours of my life). Basically worthless. Threw the plugs in the trash.

> 3 daySo far so good. The synchronization and the setup were easy. Everything seems to work out of the box. Alexa recognized the device I added. Also, the USB charger rate is at 2.0a so it’s faster compared to other .5 amp.make sure you connect through 2.4ghz network

> 3 dayWish I read the reviews. My entire house is a smart home. Many devices. Many apps. Got this cheap. Right out of the box, almost no instructions. Its all guess work. But, theres an app. Homelife. The app crashes. Keeps saying to clear the cashe. Then tells me to wait for the developer to fix the bugs in an update. I eventually just start ignoring the crash crap. Started clicking the add a device. Mind you, Ive already taken the time to set up an account with them to do this. But the Bluetooth never finds the device. So I noticed the app had a QR code scanner. So I used that. There was a code on the device. Thats seemed to do the trick very exciting. Wants my wifi information. So I typed it in. Then it tells me it doesnt work on 5Ghz Wifi. Only 2.4. This makes no sense because all wifi routers are 5G. In fact mine is specifically a smart router designed to handle smart home technology. I go to my wifi router app. And it says that the wifi signal is both 5G & 2.4 simultaneously. And that devices pick the best signal. However, this app simply will not allow the smart plug the chance to even login to the wifi. Because it deems it not correct. So I cant use this.

> 3 dayThis plug is utter trash. The set up is extremely confusing, all of the instructions are in broken English, and it won’t pair. Do not buy this.

> 3 dayI use these to control lights and other appliances. They’re very easy to setup once you get the hand of it. Once you make your home “smart,” it’s so nice and convenient. I love how these have a usb slot in addition to the outlet.

> 3 dayJJC smart outlet plug with USB port and AC Socket, you can control them separately. Dual wifi plug design will save more space for you, 2 in 1 low profile and nice exterior, you can use 2 smart plugs simultaneously. Control your electrical items via your phone whenever and wherever you are after downloading the Home Linking APP. As long as there is a network, you can control items such as a humidifier, electric kettle, coffee maker, lamp and electric fan. Please note that the smart socket is not suitable for appliances whose power is more than 120V, 10A Max, 1200W Max. Compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google home assistant, control your home appliances with the smart plug by simply giving voice commands to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. Get ready to have a smart home and create customized schedule to automatically turn on and off any home electronics or appliances such as lamps, coffee maker, etc. This is a nice quality product and I give it a 4-stars rating.
