What I got was exactly like original (pre lawsuit) talc. I did a burn test and water solubility test. It doesnt burn at all (cornstarch does) and it does not stay suspended in water for more than a few seconds (cornstarch stays suspended for about a minute or more). So yes, its talc. Has the classic baby powder smell. Very satisfied.

Thank goodness we can still buy this. Cornstarch is so fine that it flies everywhere and makes a mess. Talc behaves itself and feels great!

This powder works OK, but feels different (more fine) and the scent is VERY different. It is definitely not the classic baby powder smell of the original Johnsons Baby Powder -- smells more like soap. The bottle indicates a product of Germany.

The scent of this powder is unpleasant. Nothing like the J&J baby powder from years back.

Am no longer using baby powder.

Johnson and Johnson baby powder gets 5 stars hands down! I have it 3 stars more for the pricing. Price gouging at its best. Not able to get the stores in my area, so bad to resort to Amazon.
