What I got was exactly like original (pre lawsuit) talc. I did a burn test and water solubility test. It doesnt burn at all (cornstarch does) and it does not stay suspended in water for more than a few seconds (cornstarch stays suspended for about a minute or more). So yes, its talc. Has the classic baby powder smell. Very satisfied.

I absolutely LOVE Johnsons baby powder WITH TALC, I cannot stand cornstarch!!!! First of all, not everyone who uses baby powder uses it for babies, we use it on our bodies, our feet, our booty cracks, our private areas, (excluding female bits).... All those areas are safe for talc....cornstarch sucks, it doesnt stay dry, doesnt have that silky smooth feeling talc has, it doesnt last like talc does, it feeds bacteria and fungus unlike talc... It feels refreshing to put on, where corn starch feels like rubbing gravy mix on ourselves... I will continue to buy johnsons talcum powder until its no longer available... Its sad so many people ruined a great product

Just what I wanted

This item is hard to come by. Im glad I can still get it at a reasonable price. Its the only thing that works for me. The scent is a bit strong but seems to be dissipating some. Makes the cupboard smell nice ,anyway.
