We received the bottle of Johnsons baby wash and it had leaked out all over the inside of the plastic packaging. Because this item is Not Eligible for Return we just had to take the $10.60 loss.

First bottle I received was completely smashed, shampoo everywhere. They did replace it quickly but you do not receive a pump bottle as shown. Why advertise a foam pump bottle if that’s not what the listing is for?

My eye doc wants me to wash my eyes with this in the shower to help keep my lashes and skin clean. I have very dry eyes. It doesn’t irritate my skin or eyes at all.

This is the only soap I’ve used for my Little one and will continue to Use. Definitely recommend to use this.

Why can I mark all the five star options for this item and yet, overall give it a three star rating?? My disappointment is not product related… It however comes from the item, being a plastic bottle full of liquid content- and it arriving in a soft envelope!! As one can imagine, those two do not go together! From the moment I picked up the package on the porch liquid was dripping out… And enough to create bubbles!! I think common sense would be item of this nature needs more than plastic wrap in a soft sided envelope- in order to arrive protected. For this reason I deducted one star. And sure, it can be tricky getting items from point A to B.. most often they arrive for me perfectly safe! Also take note!! Photo and description shows a pump on the bottle.. Yet, this does not come with one!!! This has a flip top lid and that DOES makes a difference whether I would’ve chosen or not. Bathing a newborn… You need hands-free access to safely hold baby and get soap. This is why I deducted another star. For some I realize, this won’t be an issue but, for any who need one hand access… Be sure to take note! As for product itself- it’s true blue J/J and they’ve mastered the craft of what babies need! 100% I trust the integrity of their products.. TBH, soaps can be a bit drying on a babies newborn skin but, if used with J/J lotion afterwards- it is not an issue.. the tear free is best I’ve ever used- (I volunteer taking drug addicted babies in our home.. so far, I detoxed 75+ Newborns who come for 30-60 days..till we can help out them back together drug free-) Hands-down, Johnson’s is my universal go to! It gives me peace of mind for a little one who’s been through so much… To comfort and clean them up with such quality product. It also helps them smell delicious!! The smell known round the world in my book.. Overall, this needs more attention to delivery method and a correction on photograph. Otherwise, this is a trusted staple for any home with a little one.
