I should have read the reviews that there is no pump. The picture shows a pump. I returned the first order and the replacement also didnt have a pump. Im not going to waste another 30 Mins. to drive to UPS to return it. Ill just deal with it.

Years ago, we were at a hotel when suddenly my eyes became dry and itchy. We asked the concierge if he could point us in the direction of a pharmacy so I could go purchase something to make my eyes feel better. He suggested we get some Johnsons Baby Wash / Shampoo from housekeeping because other guests had used it and recommended it. I was a little surprised, but I tried it, and it works great! Fast forward to now, and my eyes started acting up again. I purchased this from Amazon, and again, it has remedied my problem. GREAT stuff!

Anything that burns your eyes like thisgentle tear free shampoo is definitely not for babies. Do not recommend, sorry. Maybe Johnsons have changed their formula?

Soap leaked out all over the bottle. However, I am happy that it was in a protective plastic bag so it didnt ruin my other stuff in my order.

False advertising based on picture and no claims otherwise. I thought I was sent the wrong thing on accident.

Johnson & Johnson is a good product, but the shipping process made the bottle leak. I cant even pick up the bag it came in for long enough to open it and get to the shampoo because its so slippery!
