I bought this as a Christmas present for my 16 month old Niece and she absolutely loved it from the moment she realized what it was. As soon as we got it out of the box we assembled it in less than 2 minutes and it was good to go! She was able to get on it on her own with no problem and rode it for a long while. Really helps with the development of her gross motor skills and balance

The front wheel fell off no way to put it back on where it will stay. Bought for grand babies. Used less than 10 times total.

I bought this for my son a few months ago. He wasn’t able to ride on it back then. He is 11 months old now and is learning to walk. I put him on this balance bike he seems to be so curious and happy with his new toy. Love to hear his giggles:) This balance bike is pretty good quality. The bike itself is well polished and doesn’t have any sharp edge, so I don’t have to worried about my baby getting harmed. The handle is adjustable according to different heights. Hopefully my son will master this bike soon and develop his balance ability.

Bike was easy to assemble and granddaughter liked it, but she is tall for her age and I thought handlebars would be height adjustable. Instead it is adjustable to angle handlebars. Good quality and sturdy, just wish it would adjust to height as she grows.

Bought for my 10 month old boy, he loves to be scooted along with assistance. I think he will be able to use it for many months. The bike is so cute and easy to put together! Love it!

We received the first bike, snapped it together and on my grandsons first ride, the front wheel fell off. I contacted customer service for Jollito via email, the only way to contact them. I never heard back. Emailed again, no response. To this day I have not heard back. I returned the bike through Amazon and I was sent another bike. It works great and my grandson loves it. Very thankful I bought the bike through Amazon and not directly from the company. Not sure if I would have ever received a new bike.

Light weight for sure, which is a plus when your little one falls over, because he/she definitely will. This item serves its purpose for the most part, but it falls over way too easily . Maybe if the wheels were a bit wider it would promote better balance.

He still learns how go play this bike He can easily get on and off. The bike is also very light，very can easily move it around. Overall, I am very happy with the product.
