> 24 hourFirst time I did something like this. It took me 4 hrs from start to finish. I just follow some youtube instruction video. There was no instruction of how to plug the glass screen connectors. No instruction to apply the double-sided tape. I figured out myself but unfortunately, on the side of the connector, I didnot put the tape so that side is kind of sticking up a bit. In any case, the touch works fine, and the screen fit perfectly for A2270 model.

> 24 hourWorks great and easy to install. I was hesitant to install by my self but after watching video and tools provided with this product motivated me to install by self. It took 2 hours to install but worth it. Great product and recommend to buy it.

> 24 hourEDIT: no oleophobic coating. First I would like to start off by saying that this screen came well packaged and included the necessary tools in order to replace my iPad 8 screen. I noticed when handling the screen, that it was much thinner than the original screen that came on the iPad. I didn’t really worry about it at the time, so I proceeded to install the screen. If you follow simple tutorials on youtube, this is going to be a walk in the park repair. When I went to close the device I pressed firmly around the edges to make sure the screen was aligned and sticking to the frame, but unfortunately it cracked when I was doing that. The screen itself is sturdy, but if you add too much force it will easily crack. Maybe I wasn’t being as careful, but it definitely a thinner display than the one that originally came on the iPad.
