Fulfilled my needs for my flight. Fit perfectly in the overhead bin.

It Has a built in lock, the reset button stuck in and would not come back out when I tried to set it before the first use, as the instructions state, so I ended up using a regular lock. There are 4 feet on the back edge. One broke before even reaching my first destination, my first time using it. Very Flimsy, poor quality. Look elsewhere if you want anything with any quality.

Received many compliments from this set. It had a slight smell to it like a new smell but will go away after a while. The durability is pretty average for a hardshell luggage set. I absolutely love the storage zips and compartments and expansion of this set highly recommend

I did end up returning this luggage because I typically need an extender on my carry on (the extra zipper that expands your luggage by ~2 inches if needed). But good, durable bag if that is not something that’s important to you.

I love this beautiful, three piece luggage very convenient simple locks.

Handle came off during the first travel itself! Unable to return as we travelled to Montreal. Not sure whom to complain.

This luggage is completely useless since the TSA lock can’t be opened after the first use. Thank god we aren’t on vacation. I used the instructions to request a reset code and got no response. Do not buy this product.

Suitcase zipper broke and keeps sticking on the outside and the zipper also broke on the inside pocket after only two uses. The outside of the case was not made well at all as it looks all beat up to hell after only using it twice as checked luggage at the airport. Another annoyance is that the handle doesn’t go up all the way so it was harder and more inconvenient to maneuver when walking with purse or carry on bag on top.
