JZRSuitcase Hardside Carry On Luggage ABS+PC Suitcase with Lock Spinner Wheels 20in 24in 28in (black, 24in)

I purchased this case a couple weeks ago for a cruise trip were leaving on today. Yesterday I unpacked it and found that the zipper pull, on the inside of the case, the one that zips the inner flap closed, had broken off and was laying inside the case. I tried to put it back on the zipper and found the zipper had been sewn in wrong, so each side of the zipper wouldnt line up with the other side. Im forced to use this case for our trip as its all I have, but would like it replaced or repaired upon my return. Thank you

Used the luggage once & wheel broke

Originally I had an issue with the wheels on the large suitcase, but the seller acknowledged my post and resolved the problem expediently! Great customer service! Thank you.

Side handle was immediately tore off by airline employee. Poor gal felt terrible. The 4th wheel never made it back to MN and the zipper is now unusable. Super dented up and my well packed computer monitor was destroyed. Not recommended for travel with valuables.

I love this beautiful, three piece luggage very convenient simple locks.

Needed a suitcase for a last minute trip & i love the size..it’s huge ! Just what i need. A review said something about the lock not opening, just pressed the button down & it popped right open. 4 stars because it feels a little flimsy, more than i would like. We’ll how it goes for my trip. Overall, glad with my purchase

I did end up returning this luggage because I typically need an extender on my carry on (the extra zipper that expands your luggage by ~2 inches if needed). But good, durable bag if that is not something that’s important to you.

Airline beat them up on the largest piece one of the feet is gone and the got big scratches across them on the large and middle case size

Suitcase zipper broke and keeps sticking on the outside and the zipper also broke on the inside pocket after only two uses. The outside of the case was not made well at all as it looks all beat up to hell after only using it twice as checked luggage at the airport. Another annoyance is that the handle doesn’t go up all the way so it was harder and more inconvenient to maneuver when walking with purse or carry on bag on top.
