Poor high quality. I’m so disappointed because there part have cable is so small not fit screen but it ugly way. I want contact this seller but amazon system don’t add features message conversation. Stupid system like less point for no helpful enough. This suck. App amazon don’t show enough

I have the model A 1823 and this says it’s for it but it’s not. The right bottom side won’t stay on and now I can’t use my home button!!

Well I assumed the product would protect the touch screen of the iPad. However, it did not. The screen protecter is still in tact while my baby touch screen itself is cracked. So now I have to get another screen. I’m not sure how that managed to happen. I guess I can say the product holds up well.

Once I had got the old screen off it was easy to install it came with instructions but I googled a video to see how it is done it turned out good it’s just that the bottom right side have a smal space that a piece of paper can fit but on problem when I put a case on it.

I like that it came with eveiyou need beside the heat gun. Adhesion was good. Screen was awesome and was much easy to install.

I had been putting off replacing my digitizer and I finally did it. It was a pretty easy process, directions were included. My screen had shattered don’t was a bit of a bear to remove the old one. The tools that came with the product are pretty light. I had better luck using the flat screw driver that came with it to get in under the screen to get started. It could be I had to do that because my screen was so broken. If the screen wasn’t shattered and just not working, swapping them would have been a different experience. When replacing make sure you test the screen responsiveness over the whole screen. I tested that I could unlock it and and power down but when I got done the lower two rows didn’t work. Luckily I hadn’t pressed the screen down and was able to pull it back up to try to reseat the ribbon cables which fix it. I found online if you make your icons jiggle and grab one and try to drag it all over the screen, to all four corners, that’s the best way to check the whole screen is working. The directions don’t mention that their is a plastic film on the under side of the screen. I almost didn’t take it off because it didnt say to, I thought it might just be the way the back of it was held together, but both the back and front have protective covers. I was worried about cheap/bad adhesion. I found online the suggestion of heating the new screen to soften the tape just like you do to remove it. I heated it back up and turned it upside down and stacked a bunch of books on it for the night. Makes sense and seems like a good idea to do. When the screen is not on you can see a bunch of horizontal lines, maybe every 1/4”. At first I was disappointed but when the screen is on you can’t see them unless the light is hitting it just right, but really its a non-issue. Over all very happy so far. It was a reasonable price to bring an older iPad back to life.

The screen worked just fine, the cables fit as they should. The install was mostly painless for this, about the same as any other company you may buy, but the adhesive is fairly weak. Keep that in mind when installing. But for the price, cant complain! I would definitely purchase it again.

My husband installed the new screen. It isn’t our first time replacing the iPad screens for my daughters. This one took him a bit longer to install compared to the other ones. I should also mention that the home button doesn’t work. There must be some connection issues.

Absolute garbage. Touch doesnt work right. The screen produces false touches while Im trying to navigate or watch shows.
