After a long research, I decided to buy this baby monitor for the VOX mode and the problem is that my baby sleeps with white noise and the sound detector it’s very sensitive, so the sound and image are always on. Very disappointed because I can’t sleep. I had another one from a different brand that would turn on only when my baby cried.

We love this monitor!! Granted we have only had it for a day but wow! The picture is so clear. A nice big screen, lots of features and easy to set up. Way better then our last camera monitor!

When I received the product it worked really well at first. Within about 30 to 60 days, I had an issue where the camera that came with it would no longer pair while a second one I bought seperately worked. I reached out to customer service and we did some troubleshooting through email. Once it was apparent that it could not be fixed, they sent me a replacement free of charge and still allowed me to keep the old one. They even said maybe I could get the old one to work and use three cameras. Great customer service, great product!

This was literally the best camera for only a month. I received the camera October 11th. It is November 11th and it will not turn on anymore. I went to lay my 1 year old down for bed turned the monitor on and it wasn’t connected to the camera. So I read what to do I turned it off and unplugged it for 15 seconds. I tried to turn it back on and now the monitor won’t turn on at all!

I purchased this for my daughter a few months ago and it just stopped working. It would have been a great camera had it worked for a bit longer. Update: I was contacted by customer service after posting my review and was told that they would be able to send me a new monitor and camera for free. They were very helpful and the process was ve tu easy. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. :)

After help from customer service. My monitor is up and working. Very thankful and we haven’t had any problems. Night vision looks great!

Its been very difficult to find both a high quality camera AND high quality monitor, but this bundle has the best picture for a non wifi monitor/camera combo. The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to an occasional clicking sound that emits from the camera every half hr or so. Im not sure what internal component is responsible for the sound, but it can be mildly annoying.

I never read the comments and regret buying it, it has gone bad for no reason, fully charged and it doesn’t work. Do not buy!

High quality monitor, app access, and everything functions very well. No disappointments.

I use it to monitor my dementia patient in the other bedroom.
